In the last seven years of entrepreneurship, I have learned that I want to share my success with every good person around me. I want to grow businesses that make an impact on the lives of individual everyday people and leave lasting impressions. It may be ensuring that your purchase transaction of your new home is as flawless as possible making this milestone one you reflect on with only positive memories. It may be assisting with the sale of your home after the death of a loved one knowing that you were taken care of with extra care and genuine sympathy.
Being a leader has always felt natural to me. People around me always saw this in me and I was placed in management roles with ease. But I never valued that role as I do now. I see my role as a leader as a privilege. It is a privilege to lead and inspire people to find what sparks the fire within them. It is a privilege to see them grow into their chosen roles where they excel and feel fulfilled every day.
I know I have impacted many people and that is what keeps me motivated on a daily basis to continue building businesses and connecting people. I want to be remembered as a genuine and honest person. A person who always wanted the best for others and wanted to share success with good people.
I want to create more and more opportunities for those amazing people around me who otherwise would not be able to start their own business or have the encouragement they need to get started on whatever it is they have in mind. I am everyone’s number one cheerleader!
I want people to recognize that my generosity comes from a very genuine place. I do it from a place of goodwill not a place to simply further my own business and revenue goals.
Moving forward, I will continue to have my best foot forward. Grow the businesses in a way that is inherently me, Alessandra Ocampo.
At the end of the day, I know that I am grateful. I am grateful for my team, I am grateful for the opportunities, and I am grateful for the ability to continue my growth. I am so excited to see what’s next.
