Alessandra connected me to a very knowledgeable mortgage broker who explained the process of getting a preapproval and we came up with a plan and as soon as I was ready I got my preapproval and started looking for properties. Within a month of searching I was able to find a property that I liked. Alessandra worked seamlessly with the rest of my team to make sure everything was good with the property and within a month we closed the deal. I was nervous throughout the whole process, but Alessandra was able to talk me through all my worries and gave me confidence about my purchase. She is very easy to work with, and even came in on the long weekend to sign the papers to finalize the deal and explained all the paperwork to me in an easy to understand way and helped me to stay on top of everything. I didn't think buying home could go so smoothly, and I'm grateful that it did! It's been over a month since I moved and I'm finally settling in nicely. I will recommend them to anybody who asks!
